Croatian after dinner drink

There is an after dinner drink served in restaurants in Croatia. I am uncertain of its spelling. It sounds like "medenetza". What is the correct spelling?

unforunately, I've never tasted this after dinner drink. That's new for me - the only similarity to "medenetza" could be an ice cream with "med" (honey). But that's not a drink...

Maybe someone else knows how to spell it or knows more about it?
