Croatia's best known dish

I have heard really good things about the the Croatian cusine. I want to try some dishes myself but do not know what I should try first. Do you have an idea about this: what is Croatia's best known dish?

hmmmmm - in my opinion there are all kinds of great Croatian dishes that are known beyond Croatia's borderline :-)

When I have to provide just one dish I would personally say that it's "Cevapcici". At least in Germany everyone knows this dish...
