How to get to Croatia from England

I am from Hong Kong. I'll arrive in London on 1st of July. I have 12 days of vacation and I want to go to Croatia from 2nd up to the 10th of July.
Would you be so kind to tell me how to go?

if you are departing from London, I would recommend to take a flight to the capital of Croatia (Zagreb), to Split (coastal city) or to Dubrovnik (southern Croatia).
