Is April a good month to visit Croatia

I just came across your Web site and have a question.

I would like to know if April is a good month to visit Croatia? Is this a warm month? And is it cheap (off-season)?

Hi Jennifer,

generally, I wouldn't recommend to visit Croatia in April. Yes, you could be lucky and have awesome weather - but it's risky. I would recommend to visit Croatia in May (earliest). Indeed, May to August is the best time to visit Croatia.

July/August is peak-season and it can get crowdy on the beaches.

So, all in all it is cheap in April (off-season) but it's not sure that you will have great (and warm) weather.
