Croatian mountains and TV transmitter towers
by: Tobias

Hi Sibbele,

you are spotting TV transmitter towers? Sounds interesting.
By the way, I am a passionate photographer myselfs - but more for landscapes.

As for your inquiry:
I've never been to these two spots you mentioned - Croatia is a small country but
I still have so many great places left to see...

So I can't give you an answer based on my personal experiences.
Nevertheless, I just searched on the Internet for some information about it as it
sounds very interesting for me too.

1) Sorry, I've no info for the mountain and the tower near Psunj.
I just found out that the mountain is 986 high. (I personally think that you will have
to park your car and hike up the moutain...but that's just my personal thought and nothing
reliable).

2) As for Vojak/Ucka in Istria:
I've found one hint on a German travel website on which one traveler said that
there is the "Poklon-pass" up to the Vojak (1401m). He hiked up the mountain and
it took him around two hours to reach the peak. So if that's true you would have
to park your car and calculate two hours up - some resting/investigating - and two hours
to get down again.

Maybe this helps a bit!

All the best and greetings to the Netherlands!
