Rest area camps in Croatia

We are thinking of hiring a campervan for a three month holiday in Eastern Europe. Where do I find a list of all the rest area camps in Croatia?

hiring a campervan is an excellent choice - just think of the beautiful Croatian coastline.

Please note that you are not allowed to park your campervan outside of camping sites (at least over night). My experience is that many people do it anyway and I've never heard of any problems... Just wanted to mention that.
